Ordering from all-clad.com was easy. I found the pan I wanted without much digging, checkout went through fine, and the confirmation emails showed up right away.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the site was loading a little slow for me, and I do wish the shipping info was a bit clearer. But overall, it was a smooth enough experience, and yeah, I’d order from them again.

I was looking for a specific All-Clad pan and was glad to see they had it in stock. Checkout was quick and easy, and it was nice not having to wait. Good experience overall.

These lids fit nice and snug, which I guess means they’re made right. I’ve used them a bunch and they work every time, so I don’t really have any complaints.

Shipping was totally fine, and the pan itself feels really solid in your hand. It’s definitely not cheap, but it actually does what I needed it to do on my cooktop, so I’m happy with it.

I was really glad they had the accessories for my pan without me having to hunt all over the place. I found the lid and a couple of small extras quickly on the site, and checkout was nice and simple. I picked up a nonstick pan from all-clad and so far it’s been great. Eggs slide right out and cleanup takes almost no time, which feels like a small win for me since I used to always leave half my breakfast stuck to the pan. I’m giving it 4 stars because the handle feels a little awkward in my hand, and I still want to see how the coating holds up over time. But for now, no sticking issues and it’s been really easy to use

I opened the set it felt like an odd mix. There were way too many lids and not enough of the pans I’d actually use day to day. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel as practical as I expected

It does cost a bit more than some other options, but it feels worth it. Sometimes paying extra makes sense when the quality actually shows up in everyday use, and this is one of those times for me.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing major, but still one of those things where you’re like, okay, now I have to deal with customer service. But they got back to me really fast, which was a nice surprise, and they were friendly about it too. No runaround, no making it more complicated than it needed to be. They just fixed it and that was that. So yeah, happy with how it all turned out.

I mainly cared about whether it would hold enough food without taking up half the table, and it does exactly that. It’s roomy enough for our family dinners but still doesn’t feel bulky or awkward to use...

I’ve been using my All-Clad pan pretty much every day now, usually for breakfast and random weeknight dinners, and it’s been great. It heats way more evenly than my old pans, so my eggs don’t end up weirdly overcooked on one side, and chicken comes out much better too. I did have to get used to turning the heat down a bit, because this thing does not mess around, but after a few tries I got the hang of it. It also feels really solid, not cheap or bendy at all. I made grilled cheese in it the other day while half-watching a basketball game, and it browned perfectly. Definitely worth it if you cook a lot.

It handles really well overall, which I’m happy with. The only thing I noticed right away is that it’s a little heavier than I expected, especially when picking it up or moving it around.

I bought this mostly because it’s made in the USA, that just made me feel better about the purchase from the start. Once I used it, it really did feel like a quality pan — solid in the hand, heats evenly, and doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but I feel good knowing I spent a little more on something that seems built to last.

I ordered from all-clad.com thinking it would go out in a few days, but it kinda just sat there with no real updates. The tracking was weird too, like for a while it looked like nothing was happening at all. Customer service did reply, but it was mostly the same basic stuff I could already see online. The pan finally showed up late, and the box was banged up. The product itself is fine, but the delivery was annoying enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering direct again...

The pans themselves have been totally fine in the oven. I don’t know why, but the broiler safety info on the site just felt a bit confusing to me, so I ended up checking the manuals again before using them. Not a huge deal, and the pans are good, but I wish that part was a little clearer

The pans arrived in good shape, cleaning them has been easier than I expected. I’ve had pans in the past that were a real pain to scrub after just one use, so these have been a nice change. A few spots still take a little extra elbow grease, but overall, they’re not bad at all.
